Small Group Training (3-6 people)…………………….$35/person/hour

Athlete Offseason Conditioning………………………… 4 days per week-$600/month, 3 days per week- $500/month

**Off season conditioning programs include pre and post program fitness testing, body fat testing, nutrition guidelines and monitoring, rest and recovery guidelines, and programming designed to address each athletes specific needs (max group size is 6 athletes)**

**We never begin a training program without sitting down and chatting with you first about your needs and goals. We want to make sure that you’re comfortable with us and that we are able to help you achieve what you’re looking for. Exercise Program Design

No matter what your experience level or goals, there is an exercise program out there for you! We will design an exercise program just for you based on:

  • Exercise History
  • Experience
  • Exercise Preferences
  • Available time and equipment
  • Injuries
  • Goals

Your program will be broken down daily, weekly and monthly and will continue for a desired period of time or until you reach your goal. Your program will include but is not limited to resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and proper rest and recovery.

Your exercise program will be thoroughly explained to you, and if you desire a 1 on1 session with a trainer can be arranged to go over everything so you’re comfortable with it.

Athletes we’ve got you covered too! We have worked with many athletes over the years and can design a unique program especially for your performance needs. Your high performance program will include:

  • Strength Training
  • Muscular Endurance Training
  • Cardiovascular Training
  • Speed and Agility Training
  • Power Training
  • Flexibility Training
  • Proper Rest and Recovery

YOU CAN GET YOUR PROGRAM ANYWHERE YOU LIVE! Our programs are delivered via email on a monthly basis, so we’re happy to design a program for you no matter where in the world you live. We can go over your program with you through email, over the phone or using video chat so there will be no confusion about what you are supposed to be doing.
