We’re changing things up this year and its going to be even better!

The Project is your opportunity to make some serious body, fitness and lifestyle changes. With 7 days at our mountain hideaway you’ll have the rare opportunity to dedicate 100% of your time to accomplishing the health and fitness goals that you want or need to accomplish. Whether it’s shedding a bunch of unwanted weight, improving some areas of your fitness that are lacking, learning how to exercise and eat properly, or addressing the more serious health problems associated with being overweight and inactive there is no better place to accomplish these goals than at The Project.

For 2015 we’re moving to a smaller mountain cabin which will make the experience even BIGGER for you! Smaller group sizes, more personal attention, entirely hands-on meal preparation, exercise and nutrition education, outdoor activities, more recovery therapy opportunities, more time with our exceptional staff and the flexibility to participate at numerous time throughout the year will make The Project 2015 one to remember.

The best was to describe what you’ll be doing at The Project is this: Everyday you’re going to be pushed to work hard doing a variety of fun and challenging activities, in between activities you’ll help prepare and devour healthy and delicious food, you’ll get treatment for your aches and pains so you’ll be able to do it all again, and you’ll be taught why you’re doing the things your doing and how to make better decisions when you return to regular life following The Project.

The Specifics:

  • Sessions are 7 days long and are scheduled on a request basis. So get your friends and get it booked!
  • Location is our mountain lodge southeast of Golden, British Columbia
  • Transportation to and from the lodge from Calgary
  • All training, meals and therapies are included
  • Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing accommodations
  • Each participant receives a gear bag of clothing and exercise equipment to keep
  • Body composition testing and measurements are done before and after the retreat
  • Lodge has Wi-Fi so you’ll still be in contact with the outside world
  • Hot and cold tubs are available for recovery treatments
  • 1 on 1 consultations with the dietitian
  • Maximum 4 participants per session. Bring friends, spouse, coworkers…. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU!
