Can You Handle The 2-A-Day Intensity?

Need to drop a few pounds quick? Want to give yourself a good butt-kicking? Can’t seem to force yourself to workout and eat healthy at the same time? We’ve taken care of all this for you. We’ve borrowed a page from football training camps and created the 2-A-Day Body Blast Program. This program runs for an entire week, Monday to Friday, and kicks up the intensity with 2 challenging workouts every day, AND we provide all your meals for the week so you don’t even have to worry about cooking while on this hectic workout schedule. Cost: $550 +GST                **we accept cash, cheque, credit card and e-transfer

2-A-Day Body Blast Includes:

  • 60 minute morning workout Monday to Friday (6 am)
  • 60 minute evening workout Monday to Friday (6pm)
  • Workouts consist of weight training and circuit training and also include martial arts and yoga sessions.
  • Lunch, dinner and 2 snacks each day provided by The Main Dish in Bridgeland and delivered to you
  • Basic body measurements at the start and end of the week
  • Specific bodyfat measurements at the start and end of the week **additional $50 charge**

The 2-A-Day Body Blast program is split between both our locations. Each facility has change room and shower facilities so you’ll have no problem getting ready for work after your workout. Meals will be delivered to you at the morning workouts and there is a fridge at the gym to keep things cool.
